Synergy Multimedia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as Motion Shading, maintains a private internal software application (“the App”) that connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API. This policy describes how data accessed through that connection is handled.
- Data accessed
The App accesses financial and accounting data from our company’s QuickBooks Online account, including but not limited to invoices, customer records, vendor records, expense data, and financial reports. This data is accessed solely to support internal business operations of Synergy Multimedia LLC.
- Use of data
Data accessed through the App is used exclusively for internal business purposes by authorized personnel of Synergy Multimedia LLC. We do not sell, rent, license, or share this data with any third party. We do not use the data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond internal business operations.
- Data storage and security
Data accessed via the App is processed within systems owned and operated by Synergy Multimedia LLC. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors of Synergy Multimedia LLC.
- Data retention
We retain accessed data only as long as necessary for the internal business purposes for which it was accessed, consistent with applicable accounting and record-keeping requirements.
- Third-party services
The App uses the Intuit QuickBooks Online API. Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not control Intuit’s data practices.
